Mandated by one of our clients, a recognized institution active in occupational pension schemes, we are looking for an LPP manager to strengthen a team specialized in 2nd pillar benefits.

Your responsibilities include in particular:

• The autonomous processing and follow-up of LPP benefit files, notably in cases of retirement, disability and death
• The analysis of the right to benefits in accordance with legal, regulatory and contractual provisions
• The calculation, control and payment of benefits in compliance with procedures and deadlines
• The management of requests from insured persons, beneficiaries, affiliates and partners, in writing and by telephone
• The analysis and updating of administrative and contractual information
• The follow-up of particular situations related to benefits, notably capital payments, divorces and home ownership promotion cases
• Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
• The quality and compliance control of data, calculations and processing
• The management of complex files and, depending on the level of experience, technical support to other employees
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and the smooth flow of service

Your profile

• Proven experience in LPP benefits management or in a comparable field of social insurance. Certificates or diplomas welcome.
• Good knowledge of occupational pension schemes and LPP legislation
• Excellent command of French, Italian appreciated
• Excellent analytical skills, ease with numbers, sense of organization and rigor
• Ability to autonomously manage sensitive or complex files
• Good interpersonal skills, sense of service and ability to manage exchanges with different interlocutors
• Mastery of standard IT tools and ease with pension management software
• Team spirit, autonomy, reliability and discretion

Profiles with proven experience in LPP benefits management are particularly sought after.

More junior profiles with a first relevant experience in occupational pension schemes, strong learning abilities and a marked interest in benefits management are also welcome.
