Profile

• CFC in commercial employment or training in the fields of sanitary, heating, ventilation, electricity or training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar function; experience in the construction sector is an asset.
• Excellent sense of contact, interpersonal skills and ease in relationships.
• Proactivity, reactivity and ability to adapt quickly.
• Autonomy, while enjoying teamwork.
• Strong interest in technology.
• Very good organization, rigor and precision in task follow-up.
• Knowledge of SAP and Office Manager, an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and plan breakdowns as well as commissioning requests for technicians.
• Manage the relationship with customers, handle potential conflict situations and analyze needs in order to provide appropriate and optimal solutions.
• Prepare preventive maintenance and breakdown offers, in coordination with technicians, and ensure technical follow-up, material orders, time management as well as invoicing.
• Organize and ensure follow-up of breakdowns, maintenance and various works with our partner companies or suppliers.
• Organize and follow up on intervention requests under warranty.
• Prepare quotes and ensure follow-up of small transformation works.
• Prepare maintenance contract proposals and ensure their follow-up during the year.
