Logistics Manager 100% (M/F)

Your mission:

• Organize and optimize internal and external logistical flows to guarantee the availability of goods, compliance with deadlines, and quality of service.
• Ensure the receipt, storage, and tracking of goods, as well as the management of replenishment orders.
• Implement and maintain a reliable inventory system, analyze discrepancies, and guarantee the traceability of stock movements.
• Optimize stock levels and procurement processes as part of a continuous improvement approach.
• Manage customer returns and complaints in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• Supervise and support the logistics team, organize the distribution of work, and ensure the development of skills.
• Ensure effective coordination with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and raise the team's awareness of good practices.

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC in logistics and have at least 3 years of experience in the field of logistics.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of construction tools and site equipment.
• You are proficient in IT tools and are comfortable with stock and inventory management.
• You have the ability to supervise a team and coordinate daily activities.
• Rigorous and organized, you demonstrate proactivity, diplomacy, and good resistance to stress.
• You are proficient in French.
