Who are we? ##

La Ligue pulmonaire neuchâteloise (LPNE) is a non-profit association under private law, recognized as being in the public interest, composed of 65 employees. Our objective is to create an environment conducive to improving the quality of life of patients suffering from respiratory diseases, by adopting a global and motivational approach, integrating bio-psycho-social dimensions within a multidisciplinary team. To expand our help to a greater number of patients, the LPNE has established the Centre pluridisciplinaire neuchâtelois de l-obésité (CPNO), which is an integral part of our association. This center has infrastructures specifically designed to improve the quality of life and combat the stigmatization of people living with obesity, by offering support based on therapeutic education, focused on nutrition, psychology, adapted physical activity, GLP-1 medication, and social follow-up.More information: www.lpne.ch / www.cpno.ch

Main missions ##

• Welcome patients, manage telephone calls as well as emails from patients and clients;
• Plan and manage the schedules of the various doctors and therapists;
• Ensure the follow-up of the administrative files of the LPNE and the CPNO as well as the management of administrative tasks;
• Participate in, support and help in the logistical organization of various events;

Profile, sought-after qualities ##

• CFC d-assistante en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) is an asset or CFC d-employé(e) de commerce;
• IT proficiency, mastery of Word and Excel is essential;
• Professional commitment, flexibility and team spirit;
• Autonomy and efficiency; Ability to work in interdisciplinarity;
• Open-mindedness, taste for the evolution and development of services.
