Mandated by several home care centers in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a

Home Care Assistant (M/F)

• You hold a Nursing Assistant diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
• You have a vehicle - Mandatory
• Your professional experience as a nursing assistant allows you to justify a minimum of two years of practice
• Initial experience in home care is an asset.
• You demonstrate rigor and dexterity in performing care, strictly respecting hygiene and safety rules.
• You intervene at the beneficiaries' homes to provide adapted nursing assistant care, taking into account their physical, psychological, and socio-cultural characteristics as well as their family and social environment.
• You ensure global care for the person, including hygiene and comfort care, assistance with meals as well as dressing for elderly people.
• You accompany the person in both technical care and the relational dimension of the care provided.
