BAKER CFC OR WITH VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE - SION REGION

For one of our clients located in the Vevey region, we are looking for a Baker CFC or benefiting from very good professional experience for a mission.

Your main tasks:

• Prepare and manufacture various bakery products
• Perform dough making, kneading, shaping and baking
• Prepare different breads, pastries and bakery products
• Ensure the quality, freshness and presentation of the products
• Respect hygiene and food safety rules
• Participate in the setup and smooth running of production
• Advise and serve customers according to their needs

Your profile:

• Holder of a CFC in bakery-pastry or confirmed professional experience in the field
• Very good knowledge of bakery techniques
• Autonomous, dynamic and careful
• Sense of organization and of well-done work
• Comfortable with customer contact and sales advice
• Good presentation and team spirit
