You manage the production of your station and the distribution of quality meals for a public establishment with the participation of people in training You work on different sites in the region according to an established schedule, under the orders of the kitchen workshop manager of the site to which you are assigned
You participate in the supervision, evaluation and follow-up of people in the field placed in evaluation and training programs
You have knowledge of the "Fourchette verte" and "Cuisinons notre région" standards
You plan the work of your group
You participate in the professional integration of the people in your group
You participate in the renewal of the culinary offering
You control and ensure the correct application of hygiene and occupational safety standards (Haccp standards)
You collaborate actively with your direct hierarchy, according to the site of assignment
You work schedules according to the planning, including weekends and public holidays

Knowledge of other languages would be an asset
Great flexibility and mobility between sites
Driving license indispensable

Fixed-term engagement: the duration is linked to the variations in the number of people that the canton is obliged to welcome by virtue of the federal law on asylum
