Participate in the energy transition of our Group which has been working for more than 130 years in the distribution of electrical energy, the distribution of thermal energy, building technology, in the collection and distribution of drinking water as well as in renewable energies.
The company MDT Maintenance, Dépannage, Technique SA is part of the Groupe Gruyère Energie.
As part of a replacement, we are looking for our future Maintenance and After-Sales Service Manager to take over the management of a maintenance and repair activity in building technologies.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and coordinate maintenance, repair and commissioning activities
Supervise, support and develop the skills of the team
Guarantee the quality of interventions and customer satisfaction
Provide technical support during diagnostics and complex situations
Manage priorities, emergencies and resource planning
Participate in the development of maintenance contracts and service offerings
Ensure the operational and economic monitoring of the activity
Participate in technical field interventions and on-call service
YOUR PROFILE
Technical training in the field of heating, electricity, automation, electromechanics or equivalent
Proven experience in maintenance, after-sales service, repair or commissioning of technical building installations
Good knowledge of heating, hydraulics, regulation and electricity
Experience with heat pumps; knowledge of biomass, ventilation or GTB/MCR is an asset
Experience in team leadership or strong managerial potential
Ability to organize, coordinate and advance a team
Sense of customer service, autonomy and spirit of initiative
Driving license category B
Knowledge of German: an asset
