Real Estate Broker (French-speaking Switzerland)

FastNass Group Sàrl is a small real estate brokerage agency based in Vallorbe, active throughout French-speaking Switzerland. We take few mandates, by choice. This allows us to follow every sale closely, conduct serious viewings, and remain in direct contact with owners.

We are looking for a broker to develop the sales and rental activity in the region.

Your missions

• Prospect and secure sales and rental mandates from private owners.
• Meet owners, understand their project, and present a reasoned estimation.
• Prepare the presentation of properties: photos, description, distribution of advertisements.
• Organize viewings, qualify buyers, and ensure their follow-up.
• Negotiate and accompany the parties until the signature at the notary.
• Keep files up to date and regularly inform sellers and buyers.

Your profile

• Experience in real estate brokerage and knowledge of the French-speaking market.
• Comfortable with owners: you know how to listen, argue, and fulfill a commitment.
• Autonomous, organized, comfortable with field work.
• Fluent French required; German or English are an asset.
• Driver's license and mobility in French-speaking Switzerland.
• A USPI card or broker training is a plus, but experience counts more.

What we offer
A collaboration in an independent and human-sized structure: a direct contact, mandates followed without a volume logic, and the freedom to organize your work. Remuneration, status (employee, pure commission, or mixed), and the level of activity are to be agreed upon according to your profile and your collaboration model.

Location: Rue de l'ancienne poste 12, 1337 Vallorbe. Activity across all French-speaking cantons.

Application: send your CV and a few lines about your experience to admin@fastnass.ch. For any questions: 076 216 80 33 (Nassim Riffi).
