You analyze processes, clarify expectations, and build simple, efficient information flows adapted to operational realities. * You orchestrate the digitalization of the production chain. You connect tools, secure data exchanges, and facilitate the transition to more efficient and reliable ways of working. * You animate exchanges between stakeholders. You create bridges between teams, mobilize field experts, and advance decisions in a spirit of cooperation. * You drive change with energy. You explain, reassure, and involve employees in every step to transform challenges into opportunities for progress. * You secure the deployment of solutions. You anticipate risks, pilot tests, and ensure that each new step brings concrete value to users and internal customers. ### What you bring * Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) * Specialization: with certification in project management methodology and change management. * Professional experience: 2-5 years of experience in project management with expertise in business integration. * Project management and global vision: You lead complex projects with method. You stay on track even when several teams are moving forward in parallel, and you transform objectives into visible and measurable results. * Transversal leadership and influence: You bring different profiles together around the same direction. You communicate with impact, facilitate exchanges, and obtain buy-in through your credibility and sense of collectivity. * Understanding of industrial environments: You understand the stakes of production, logistics, and the supply chain.
