IT Director (m/f/d) of the Ofac Group

From a strategic infrastructure provider serving the pharmacy sector to a technological leader, you will accompany the group's transformation in its IT signature.

Your mission:
As a member of the management team in charge of IT, you will translate the group's strategic ambitions into a clear, ambitious, and realistic technological roadmap. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Define and deploy robust IT governance aligned with the group's priorities
• Guarantee system security in terms of risk management and resilience, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
• Drive IT operations and evolve infrastructure performance by promoting operational excellence to ensure the availability and scalability of our platforms
• Ensure the quality of IT production, customer support, and services (SLA, monitoring, helpdesk, managed services, and hosting)
• Attract, mentor, and develop IT talent, while fostering effective collaboration between your technical teams (approx. 40 people) and other group functions
• Anticipate technological evolutions, lead internal transformations, and support clients in the success of their own digital transformation
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and partners, optimizing TCO and the value created by IT

You:

• Holder of a higher education degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field, you have proven experience in managing complex IT environments
• A unifying leader, you already have at least one first experience in supporting IT teams
• You demonstrate curiosity and openness to innovation, and know how to identify relevant technological evolutions to translate them into concrete solutions
• You master the management of infrastructures and cloud environments and well understand the issues related to cybersecurity
• You possess experience in certifications or certified environments
• You have proven experience in managing transverse IT projects and transformations, as well as in budget and investment management
• Comfortable with various interlocutors, you know how to convince, challenge constructively, and negotiate with clients, suppliers, and partners
• You perfectly master French and English; German and/or Swiss German are of course an asset within the group
