Your mission:

You are the first contact for our patients and play an essential role in their welcome.

• Manage telephone calls and respond to patient requests
• Physically welcome patients with professionalism, empathy and discretion
• Organize and manage appointments
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of files
• Manage emails and correspondence
• Manage the cash register
• Perform various administrative and filing tasks
• Guarantee compliance with confidentiality and patient-related data

Your profile:

You are a person who loves contact with patients and teamwork.

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Organized, efficient, with a good ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Pleasant, friendly, helpful, patient and calm personality
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and manage pressure
• Welcoming, smiling and naturally attentive
• Organized, rigorous and reliable
• Comfortable with oral and written communication
• Capable of working autonomously while enjoying teamwork
• Discreet and respectful of confidentiality
• Comfortable with IT tools
