Apprentice commercial employee

A varied 3-year training across the different l-H-JU sites

During your apprenticeship, you will be led to discover several services:

• Human resources: preparation of employment contracts, certificates, payroll management and accident declarations, various correspondence.
• Admissions: patient reception, creation and management of administrative files.
• Billing: entry of medical services and preparation of invoices.
• Management: participation in the organization of meetings, marketing activities, writing of minutes and correspondence.
• Recruitment: online posting of job offers and processing of applications.
• Training: management of internship requests and coordination of internal training.

Your profile

• You complete your compulsory schooling in 2027 or you are an adult in professional retraining in the health field.
• You are motivated, curious and organized.
• You have good communication and IT skills.
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to demonstrate discretion.
