As an apprentice commercial employee, the Baksi group will train you in the various aspects of administrative, accounting and commercial management. You will be actively involved in the administrative management of gas stations, transport activities as well as the real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Commercial Employee, your tasks will include:
Assisting in daily administrative tasks.
Administrative support to accounting and management
Participation in tasks related to human resources and payroll
Administrative and accounting management of gas station cash registers
Manage correspondence and internal and external communications.
Participate in the management of customer and supplier files.
Contribute to the organization and planning of company activities.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operation of activities.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
A strong interest in the commercial and administrative field.
A good command of French (oral and written).
Basic IT skills (MS Office, digital tools).
A team spirit and a proactive attitude.
A capacity to learn quickly and to adapt to new situations.
