As a Senior Automation Specialist, you will lead large-scale automation projects, from concept to startup and the achievement of performance. As a reference expert for automation technologies in your area, you will guarantee the reliability of the installations, evolve our standards, and support the skill development of the team's automation technicians. You will also actively participate in the digitalization of the factory.

How will you have an impact as a Senior Automation Specialist?

• Coordinate external suppliers and commissioning on production lines
• Develop new functionalities on equipment to improve the performance and ergonomics of the lines
• Lead continuous improvement and obsolescence management projects
• Intervene in complex troubleshooting
• Provide operational support to the Production, Engineering and Quality departments
• Maintain technical documentation and share best practices

What will make your success:

• ES technician or HES engineer degree in automation (or equivalent) and proven experience as an automation specialist in an industrial environment
• Very good mastery of PLC programming, ideally in the Rockwell/Allen-Bradley environment
• Very good knowledge of supervision systems (InTouch, ArchestrA)
• Easy reading of electrical diagrams and basic knowledge of server and network architectures
• Knowledge of instrumentation, industrial vision and MES are assets
• Ability to transmit your knowledge, to coach and to support change, with rigor and initiative
