Experis is looking for a SAP Finance Transformation Lead for one of its Lausanne-based clients, capable of taking a central role in the evolution of the ERP Finance ecosystem and in the preparation of the transition towards SAP S/4HANA.

Beyond SAP expertise, we are looking for a highly operational candidate, close to the field, capable of intervening directly in business issues, user support, configuration, and the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Concrete experience in an SAP S/4HANA migration carried out in Switzerland constitutes an essential prerequisite.

Your missions

• Drive the evolutions of the SAP Finance environment and guarantee its operational stability.
• Ensure the link between the Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Sales teams and IT partners.
• Support the ERP transformation roadmap and contribute to strategic decisions related to the modernization of the information system.
• Actively participate in the scoping, preparation, and execution of the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform functional analyses and propose pragmatic solutions meeting business needs.
• Manage SAP Finance configuration as well as the associated master data.
• Provide expert-level support to users on financial processes and interconnected flows.
• Participate in financial closings and guarantee data consistency between different systems.
• Supervise internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and improvement of Finance processes.

Profile sought

• 5 to 10 years minimum experience in SAP Finance environments.
• Confirmed expertise in Finance and Controlling processes.
• Significant experience in ERP transformation programs.
• Direct participation in at least one SAP S/4HANA migration in Switzerland.
• Solid understanding of the interactions between Finance, sales, logistics, and information systems.
• Ability to evolve on both strategic subjects and operational activities.
• Hands-on profile, capable of producing, analyzing, configuring, and resolving issues autonomously.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Professional French and English.
