Assistant to the Head of Litigation - auxiliary (80%)

The Finance Department of the Ville de Lausanne is responsible for the financial and accounting management of the City. It ensures the steering of budgetary processes (operating and investment), budgetary monitoring, and the account closing procedure in collaboration with the Administration Directorates. As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an assistant to the Head of Litigation at 80%.

Duration

Auxiliary contract for a duration of one year

Main mission(s)

Represent the commune de Lausanne before the various judicial authorities

Organize the work of the Office du contentieux

Manage the litigation group team (approximately 10 people) and supervise the caisse group

Support and assist the Head of Litigation in the management of the Office

Provide legal support to the Office staff and the Directorate executives

Profile

University Master's degree in law or training deemed equivalent

Additional training such as a CAS in team management, an asset

Professional experience in the field of litigation

Good knowledge of the functioning of a large administration

Sense of organization and cooperation

Capacity for analysis and synthesis

Leadership and sensitivity to team development and training

Writing skills

Special conditions

Clean criminal record

Not subject to debt enforcement proceedings
