We demand: ##

• Higher education in business school, engineering or equivalent (HEC, EPF),
• Confirmed experience (2 to 7 years) in real estate development, promotion, or asset valorization,
• Excellent knowledge of the Romand real estate market and regulations,
• Ability to manage projects autonomously,
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and result orientation,
• Curiosity, analytical mind, tenacity, and rigor,
• Good interpersonal and writing skills,
• Team spirit and initiative, ethics, transparency, and commercial sense.

Experiences and skills: ##

Within our project development team, you will be in charge of the structuring and monitoring of real estate operations:

• Identification and analysis of opportunities,
• Preparation and drafting of responses to calls for tenders launched by public institutions,
• Development of files and proposals,
• Feasibility studies, taking into account financial, legal, and technical dimensions as well as risk analysis,
• Management of upstream phases of operations: land negotiation, structuring of operations, obtaining authorizations,
• Coordination of various stakeholders (architects, authorities, investors) and monitoring of planning and construction sites in collaboration with technical agents (steering meetings, monitoring of awards and project budgets),
• Development of financial plans for various projects in the development phase,
• Active monitoring of the market and opportunities,
• Participation in the group's development strategy.
