For our client, a Swiss company of national importance active in services, we are looking for a French-speaking Payroll Specialist with a good level of German to strengthen its HR team based in the Lausanne region. The company offers a dynamic working environment, a culture of trust, and great autonomy in the organization of daily tasks.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You manage the monthly and hourly salaries of employees spread across several cantons.
• You ensure the monitoring of social insurances and withholding taxes.
• You collaborate daily in German with the payroll department at the headquarters in Zurich.
• You advise employees and managers on salary and social security questions.

You offer your new employer

• You have at least 2 years of experience in full payroll management in Switzerland.
• You must master French and German, both spoken and written.
• You are willing to travel to Zurich 2 times per month.
