HR Partnership and Recruitment Manager (M/F) 80-100%

The Human Resources Department is the committed partner for anticipating, defining and developing the Group's culture, leadership and organization.

Mission :

• Lead HR Partnership and Recruitment in order to meet the company's needs and guarantee quality and high value-added services. Accompany departments and managers in managing human, organizational and managerial challenges in order to support company performance
• Define and deploy the attractiveness and recruitment strategy while contributing to the anticipation and development of necessary skills and talent retention
• Guarantee the consistent and equitable application of HR policies, processes and practices within the organization
• Advise departments on organizational developments and workforce and skills planning
• Supervise and develop a team of HR Business Partners and recruitment specialists, by promoting collaboration, engagement, operational excellence and the achievement of objectives

Profile :

• University or HES degree in human resources, business management, law or equivalent field, completed by a federal HR diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, including ideally 3 years in a management role
• Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager or equivalent role, as well as in social partner management and negotiation
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurance and HR processes
• Fluent French, knowledge of German and mastery of Microsoft 365 tools and HRIS
• Unifying leadership, sense of partnership, solution orientation and ability to accompany change
