Construction Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a company active in the management and steering of construction projects in Genève, a Project Manager / Construction Manager. You will take charge of the planning, coordination, and operational steering of construction projects, from the tender phase until their delivery. You will ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality, while ensuring effective coordination between the different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Steer construction projects from tender to delivery
• Plan and coordinate the various execution phases
• Organize and lead site meetings
• Coordinate design offices, companies, and various partners
• Ensure the financial monitoring of projects and control costs
• Guarantee compliance with schedules and the quality of achievements
• Identify risks and anticipate problems in order to implement the necessary corrective actions
• Ensure regular reporting to management and clients
• Maintain a relationship of trust with clients and ensure compliance with commitments made
• Anticipate the next steps and needs of the projects

Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in construction project management in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of the progress of a project and its various phases
• Mastery of planning and schedule monitoring
• Good skills in financial project management
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Ease in communication with clients, companies, and various mandatories
• Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and solution-oriented person
• Ability to unite different stakeholders around the same project
• Good analytical spirit, sense of initiative, and ability to anticipate
• Fluent French and professional English; German is an asset
