Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Integrated Management System Manager

• Higher technical education completed by a specialization in quality management, for example TQ3 or training deemed equivalent
• Good mastery of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; knowledge of ISO 14001 = an asset
• Training or experience in project management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary interlocutors
• Experience in a comparable function, ideally within an industrial environment
• Rigor, analytical spirit, autonomy and ease in the monitoring and improvement of structured processes
• Develop and lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) in order to support process efficiency and the continuous improvement of company practices
• Ensure control of the system documentation and ensure the consistent update of associated processes, procedures, instructions and records
• Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) in order to support the continuous improvement of global performance
• Plan, prepare and carry out IMS internal audits, then ensure the follow-up of findings and associated action plans
• Drive preventive and corrective actions, accompany changes related to the management system and contribute to its application across different services
