Acting on behalf of the University Hospitals of the cantons of Vaud and Geneva, the Centrale d'achats et d'ingénierie biomédicale (CAIB) ensures the purchase of all kinds of goods and services to guarantee optimum functioning of the hospitals under the best market conditions, in compliance with the rules and laws governing our institutions. In this framework, it coordinates all purchases and plans acquisition and renewal files for heavy equipment. The CAIB has established partnerships with various regional hospitals and operates throughout Suisse Romande. Real Estate Construction Buyer -- 100% As a buyer, you centralize the various needs emanating from the Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève (HUG) and lead the appropriate acquisition processes in compliance with public procurement rules. In collaboration with the buyers and procurement managers of the CAIB, you are the guarantor of the development and deployment of the procurement strategy for the real estate construction category. You are responsible for the management and control of the supplier panel for your category. In this capacity, you lead calls for tender, collaborating with your internal clients and intervening from the definition of the need, up to contracting and monitoring the development of the supplier relationship. You participate in the animation of the CAIB affiliate network by sharing your procurement expertise and your knowledge of market trends. Qualifications You hold a higher education degree of type Master HES or equivalent, preferably with a recognized Master in procurement (KEDGE, DESMA, etc...). You possess a minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in procurement with a first confirmed experience in indirect procurement and ideally in real estate construction investments. You perfectly master the French language (read, spoken and written) and have very good knowledge of English (C1 level). Excellent mastery and knowledge of IT tools are also required.
