Cleaning agent for the CVCS service - with CFC Cleaning Agent
We are looking for one of our clients in Genève, a cleaning agent with CFC. The mission is mainly focused on the preventive and curative maintenance of CVCS equipment. Particular attention is paid to cleaning, general control of equipment, and monitoring anomalies observed on site.
Tâches principales :
The cleaning agent is responsible in particular for the following activities:
Cleaning and replacement of filters for CVCS installations
Cleaning of toilet extraction valves
Cleaning of cooling towers
Cleaning of cooling tower gutters
Cleaning of kitchen extractors
General control of the proper functioning of equipment
Filling of siphons and cleaning of tray extraction irises
Monitoring of various problems reported by production, notably: water leaks, oil leaks, drafts, bad odors, other technical anomalies observed.
Participation in the technical tour on a rotational basis, one Friday in three
Participation in the delivery and return of kitchen furniture during events
Reporting observed anomalies to the CVCS Building Techniques team
Compliance with safety and hygiene instructions and site procedures

Le profil attendu:
Holder of a CFC in cleaning agent or equivalent training
Experience in a technical, industrial or tertiary environment desired
Basic knowledge in the CVCS field (air conditioning-ventilation-heating-sanitary)
Ability to identify and report simple technical anomalies
