On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a machining methods technician (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will develop and validate programs intended for machining equipment, guaranteeing their compliance with technical and quality requirements.
• You will ensure the monitoring and communication of activity progress to the various stakeholders
• You will participate in the industrialization of new products and processes by defining and formalizing reference standards.
• You will perform tests and validations in production in collaboration with partner teams and write the associated technical reports
• You will update and manage technical data relating to equipment, processes, and manufacturing operations.
• You will analyze and optimize manufacturing processes in order to improve their efficiency, quality, and performance.
• You will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and deploying suitable solutions.
• You will provide technical support to production teams in order to resolve operational issues and guarantee the continuity of activities
• You will participate in the analysis of industrial performance indicators and implement targeted improvement actions.
• You will collaborate closely with the methods, quality, and maintenance departments in order to ensure the reliability of production means and compliance with fixed objectives.

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC as a polymechanic, an HES Engineer degree, an ES Technician in microtechnology, or an equivalent qualification in the field of precision mechanics.
• You have solid experience in machining on turning and milling centers, with excellent mastery of ISO programming and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) tools
• You master CAM software, notably CREO and GibbsCAM, and possess good knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• You possess strong technical skills in industrial mechanics, including machine setup, tool selection, and assembly.
• You enjoy teamwork and collaborate effectively with different interlocutors in a production environment
• You demonstrate rigor, precision, and an excellent sense of organization in the execution of your missions
• You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to provide suitable solutions to technical challenges
• You know how to manage priorities autonomously while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
• You have a marked interest in continuous improvement and the optimization of manufacturing processes.
• You communicate with ease and promote effective collaboration between the different departments of the company.
• You demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation in the face of technological evolutions and new industrial challenges.
• You are proactive and actively contribute to the improvement of performance and working methods.
