Client Representative – Suisse romande

As part of your duties, you will notably be responsible for:

• Representing the interests of the client throughout the different phases of the project.
• Collecting the needs of internal departments and ensuring their proper consideration.
• Coordinating exchanges with contractors, companies, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, and implementation.
• Participating in monitoring meetings and preparing the necessary elements for decision-making.
• Identifying potential difficulties and proposing appropriate corrective actions.
• Supporting the monitoring of works until the acceptance of the works.
• Ensuring fluid communication between the various stakeholders.
• Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction field.
• Experience in client representation, client assistance, or in a comparable function.
• Initial professional experience in Switzerland is ideally desired.
• Good understanding of the different phases of a construction project.
• Open training: experience and skills take precedence over the diploma.
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Team spirit, listening skills, and ease in coordinating several interlocutors.
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.
• Start: January 2027
• Duration: 2 years
• On-site presence and travel according to project needs.
• Company vehicle provided.

As part of a construction project for one of our clients in Suisse romande, we are currently recruiting a Client Representative.

You will be the interface between the client's internal teams and the various external stakeholders, with the objective of guaranteeing the smooth running of the project and respect for the client's expectations.
