Define and apply strategies and tools for erosion manufacturing
Improve and deploy manufacturing processes
Determine programming strategies and associated tools
Train and support users during process transfers
Audit manufacturing processes with suppliers
Perform setup, fine-tuning, and validation of programs on equipment
Participate in pre-receptions and the production startup of new production means

Requirements ##

CFC as a polymechanic with specialization in erosion
Additional training in manufacturing methods, control, or processes, an asset
Proficiency in programming on different platforms
Ability to define and document functional and technical specifications
Analytical and synthesis skills for solving complex problems
Technical curiosity and appetite for new technologies
Clear, effective communication skills and ease of working in a team
Rigor, organization, and structured working methodology
