Your role at the head of the sector: With us, you ensure the management of the Sports Centre, spread across the sites of la Blancherie and des Prés-Roses. Under the authority of the head of department, you guarantee its smooth operation and the quality of services, and actively contribute to the development of the City's sports policy. * Do you wish to lead a versatile team, organize and plan the activities of the Sports Centre and guarantee the quality of services as well as the safety offered to users? * Do you know how to develop an annual action plan for the Sports Centre (objectives, projects, indicators), are you able to ensure financial management (budget, accounting) and propose optimizations of the pricing policy? * Are you comfortable initiating projects, developing animations, supporting the hosting of sporting events, developing joint actions with schools, animation structures and other sports actors? * Is it important to you to optimize the use of the facilities, to collaborate closely and constructively with sports clubs and to promote the Sports Centre through targeted communication actions? * Are you able to supervise the operation and maintenance of the facilities and swimming pools, guarantee compliance with hygiene standards, water quality, safety and participate in future projects for the development and upgrading of the infrastructure? What you bring * Tertiary level training (HES, university or ES) in sports science, sports management, management or training deemed equivalent * Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in project management, events or sports infrastructure, as well as in team management * Pool Pro (SSS) lifesaving certificate; additional training in the management of sports facilities or bathing establishments, or are willing to acquire them * Mastery of budget management and administrative processes, good knowledge of the regional associative and sporting environment * Leadership, initiative and ability to propose; aptitude to work in a network, sense of negotiation and diplomacy * Interpersonal skills, sense of communication and welcoming users, availability in the evening and on weekends depending on the seasons and events Entry into office 1 March 2027 or to be agreed upon About us: With us, you benefit from modern and attractive employment and working conditions, including remuneration according to classes 13 to 15 of the municipal staff scale (available at [ ](< >)).
