On behalf of our client, we are looking for

Job description ###

• Plan, organize and direct activities while achieving results in compliance with quality and deadlines
• Establish, with the PDP manager, detailed production plans, synchronize and implement everything to achieve PDP objectives and industrial priorities
• Coordinate and analyze flows from raw material to the assembled level
• Guarantee the adjustment of resources according to production capacities and workload plans, identify bottlenecks and propose corrective action plans
• Design, develop, implement and monitor indicators and dashboards (Service level, plan adherence, stock coverage)
• If applicable, direct, support, motivate and develop their team (1 person)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools
• Ensure the reliability of planning parameters (Lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, frozen horizons)

Profile ###

• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, in WATCHMAKING a serious asset
• Very good understanding of industrial flows.
• Proven practice of ERP and reporting tools.
• Acute sense of analysis and problem solving.
• Organizational, structuring and prioritization skills.

Leadership, fluid communication and ability to work transversally.

• Reactivity, taking initiative, sense of results.
