• You manage the payroll of our clients precisely and punctually
• You manage the client portfolio
• You ensure the compliance of salaries with legal regulations
• You collaborate with the different internal departments
• You maintain close contact with clients by telephone and by email
• You respond to various client requests
• You manage various administrative tasks.

What you bring to HOTELA:

• You have a commercial training of CFC type or considered equivalent
• You are bilingual in French and German
• You possess a keen interest in numbers and social insurances and you have at least one first experience in payroll management
• You have a good command of IT tools
• You are a flexible and meticulous person
• You have good competence in communication and client relations
