Health & Safety Manager

Job description ##

Your mission

Ensure occupational health and safety across all Breguet sites as well as compliance with fire protection standards, with a constant focus on risk prevention and regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities

Deploy and manage the Occupational Health & Safety policy as well as fire protection measures.
Identify, assess, and prevent risks to guarantee a safe working environment in compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure the monitoring of incidents, coordinate corrective actions, and promote a culture of prevention.
Organize training, evacuation exercises, and awareness actions for employees.
Collaborate with authorities, control bodies, and external partners on safety and fire protection issues.

Profile ##

Higher education in occupational health and safety or training deemed equivalent. Training in Fire Protection.
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
Good knowledge of OHS standards and fire protection.
Comfortable in project management and conducting training.
Autonomous, rigorous personality with excellent communication skills.
