Project Manager - Projektleiter Energie/Télécom

For our Projects department, we are looking for a:

Project Manager - Projektleiter Energie/Télécom

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Manage several projects while guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and contractual requirements.
• Carry out and validate technical studies and execution concepts in collaboration with the design office and order the necessary material.
• Launch tenders for subcontracted work, negotiate technical and financial conditions, and formalize orders.
• Ensure the interface with customers throughout the project.
• Define technical choices and products to be installed, optimizing solutions according to technical, economic and planning constraints.
• Manage and coordinate installation work in collaboration with the site supervisor.
• Follow customer needs related to after-sales service.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Design Office, purchasing, logistics, quality, HSE and finance) and external ones (customers, subcontractors, third parties and suppliers).
• Ensure the financial monitoring of the project: management of costs and variances, coordination of invoicing.
• Establish "as-built" end-of-project files.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes.
• Anticipate, inform and engage the necessary actions to ensure the health and safety of people and the sustainability of assets
• Occasional travel abroad to be expected
• Contribute to commercial development by ensuring the follow-up of offers and key customers

Your skills:

HES-SO or EPFL

Languages: French (minimum B2) and German mandatory (C1/C2). English is a plus.
