Maintenance Manager

We are recruiting:

A MAINTENANCE MANAGER (M/F)

With the aim of completing our maintenance team at our production site in Granges (VS), we are looking for a Maintenance Manager (m/f) immediately or by agreement

Your mission
Lead and support the maintenance team composed of 3-4 technicians
Monitor and apply EHS standards and work procedures within the factory
Guarantee the availability of the installations as well as the optimal use of resources
Organize, monitor, and document corrective and preventive maintenance work of the installations
Implement the TPM methodology in operational maintenance
Ensure the on-call service on weekends according to a defined rotation
Coordinate and support the operations of external companies

Your profile
CFC agricultural machine mechanic, heavy goods vehicle, or similar
Federal diploma of maintenance agent or training deemed equivalent would be an asset
Minimum professional experience of 5 years
Ability to organize, supervise, unite, and develop a team
Proficiency in IT tools (CMMS & SAP would be an asset)
Active contribution to promoting the EHS culture of the Saint-Gobain group
