Your tasks
•
Care and maintenance of properties and their surroundings
•
General caretaker tasks as well as minor maintenance and repair work
•
Care of green spaces, lawns, hedges and outdoor areas
•
Cleaning and care of outdoor facilities
•
Inspection and care of buildings and facilities
•
Support with seasonal work, especially snow removal in winter
•
Assistance with versatile tasks within our all-round operation
•
Friendly and professional interaction with customers and tenants
What you bring with you
•
Experience in caretaker services, garden/grounds maintenance or building care is an advantage
•
Manual dexterity and practical thinking
•
Independent, reliable and careful way of working
•
Physical resilience and enjoyment of varied work
•
Sense of responsibility and good manners
•
Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
•
Good German skills
•
Willingness for seasonal assignments and occasional flexible working hours
