In an exceptional setting, La Clinic Les Alpes is a private healthcare establishment whose mission is to accompany patients from all over the world, suffering from addiction problems with or without substances as well as presenting mental health issues (trauma, depression, stress, burn-out, anxiety, etc.). Nurse 80 to 100% ----------------------- Start date: immediately Reporting to the head nurse, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Main tasks: * Provide relational, integrative medicine, and somatic care in order to ensure the continuity and quality of the care project. * Manage crisis situations by providing an adapted and adequate response while relying on available resources * Create, strengthen, and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients of diverse and varied cultural origins * Accompany patients during therapeutic, medical, or recreational outings by ensuring the fluidity of exchanges with different external providers while upholding the therapeutic framework developed for the context, sometimes requiring traveling abroad. * Develop support projects or continuous improvements in collaboration with the head nurse and other departments * Actively participate in supervision activities (individual and team) * Facilitate therapeutic and psycho-educational groups Profile sought: * HES nursing diploma or a title deemed equivalent and recognized by the authorities * Languages spoken French, English (read, spoken and written) minimum B2 * Experience in psychiatry and addiction * Open-mindedness, listening skills, and availability * Team spirit, interpersonal skills * Motivation, autonomy, versatility, empathy, rigor * Great capacity for adaptation and integration * Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team * Sense of discretion If you wish to apply, please send your complete file (cover letter, CV, photo, certificates & diplomas) in French or English to our Human Resources department by email.
