Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Your mission

For one of our renowned clients in the field of watchmaking, we are looking for Maintenance Technicians (M/F) to support the development of its activities in the region. You ensure the proper functioning of state-of-the-art production equipment: automatic storage, autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles. A position that blends diagnostics, technical skills, and continuous improvement, at the heart of a demanding industrial environment. Your tasks: Ensure corrective maintenance of production equipment, automatic storage, autonomous mobile robots, and automated guided vehicles; Apply diagnostic methodologies, identify the root causes of malfunctions, and return equipment to service within expected timeframes; Perform preventive maintenance operations and contribute to the improvement of maintenance plans; Prepare interventions according to operational constraints, analyze equipment history, and respect safety and environmental instructions; Propose and implement reliability actions, technical modifications, and equipment improvements; Coordinate and support internal and external interveners, ensuring the follow-up and validation of their interventions; Share technical knowledge with teams and collaborate with internal partners on cross-functional projects and tasks

Your profile

You are a rigorous, autonomous, and technically curious person, with a good team spirit and true ease in communication. You have: Technical training in mechanics, automation, electrotechnics, or equivalent; Experience in the maintenance of automated industrial equipment, ideally in a demanding production environment; Confirmed technical versatility in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics; Knowledge of automation, numerical controls, robotics, and industrial IT; Mastery of standard IT tools and an integrated management system; Knowledge of English and/or German at an intermediate level (B1), an asset; You are: Available for flexible hours, travel between sites, and on-call service according to needs
