  • Definition and evolution of standards:
  • Implementation of an internal documentary standard for the description of the MCR functional logic, in close collaboration with the automation unit.
  • Establish regulation concepts by sub-group (distribution pump, heat production, etc.) and define functional and logical levels for the installations.
  • Design complex flowcharts (prioritization of switch-ons, management of consumption peaks, interconnection between decentralized power plants).
  • Systems Architecture: Manage the integration of PLCs and ensure the implementation of communication gateways between different industrial communication protocols.

Project Management and Technical Follow-up

  • Engineering: establish MCR point lists, automation PID plans, electrical diagrams as well as functional analyses.
  • Establish specifications, analyze offers and ensure the technical follow-up of designers and subcontractors.
  • Supervise construction sites, perform functional tests and validate commissioning.
  • Coordinate studies and works with external partners.
  • Establish, update technical documents and write reports.

Optimization and Support

  • In close collaboration with the production sector's automation unit, carry out improvement projects: Diagnose and optimize existing boiler rooms from a regulation perspective.
  • Technical support: Support the operations teams (parameter setting of frequency converters, integration of pumps, resolution of complex malfunctions).

Supervision and Visualization

  • Interface development: Define and structure specifications for visualization.

The prerequisites, you must:
