Context At the UATP, you support adults with an intellectual disability and/or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Days alternate between daily life tasks, educational activities, and moments of collective life. You adapt your support to the rhythm, needs, and desires of each person. Certain situations require patience, flexibility, and the ability to react with discernment. You work within an interdisciplinary team, in a structured framework that promotes mutual aid, exchange, and initiative. The position involves split shifts during the week as well as one working weekend per month, according to the current organization of the unit. Your mission * Support individuals in daily life activities, including basic care, while respecting their needs and rhythm. * Implement the educational support defined in the Individualized Intervention Plans (PII). * Propose, organize, and facilitate activities adapted to the interests and abilities of the supported individuals. * Promote self-determination, the maintenance of skills, autonomy, and participation in collective life. * Observe the needs and developments of individuals, share your observations, and contribute to the monitoring of their individual projects. * Actively participate in the team dynamic and propose ideas to enrich activities and support practices. Your profile * CFC as a socio-educational assistant (ASE). * Driver's license required. * Dynamic, positive, and proactive personality, appreciating collective work. * Creativity, spirit of initiative, and a desire to realize new ideas. * Patience, adaptability, and a thoughtful professional posture in the face of complex situations. * Sense of organization, autonomy, and reliability in daily work. * Availability to work split shifts and during weekends according to the service needs. * Experience in supporting individuals with ASD is an asset.
