Assistant in community nursing and health

Activity rate between 60% and 80%

Permanent indefinite contract

Your mission

• Dispense delegated medico-technical care and basic care in close collaboration with the nurse for quality care of clients
• Actively contribute to the maintenance of clients at home through prevention and health promotion measures while taking into account individual needs with personalized care and by promoting client autonomy
• Participate in the elaboration of the therapeutic project of the clients within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals
• Participate in development projects and working groups around the continuous improvement of services in the field of home help and care
• Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with your own role allowing you to valorize your profession as an ASSC as a full stakeholder in the health system

Your profile and your skills

• CFC as ASSC or title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS)
• Experience in the medico-social field and a marked interest in community health
• Ability to collaborate in a network and in multidisciplinarity
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
