Position based in Lausanne (with training within our premises in Geneva)

Your main missions:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients;
• Identify client needs and propose suitable services;
• Ensure file follow-up;
• Make qualified appointments;
• Work in close collaboration with all team members;
• Respect and follow regulatory developments.

What we are looking for:

• You imperatively have a first experience in a similar position;
• You have good interpersonal skills demonstrated by successful commercial experience;
• Customer-oriented, you are committed to providing the best service;
• You possess an excellent team spirit and know how to work autonomously;
• You know the Swiss or cross-border retail banking market;
• You have a great sense of rigor, are reactive and organized;
• You are proficient with Office suite tools;
• You speak French fluently (knowledge of German or Italian is a real asset);
• Knowledge of the Finnova software will be a plus.
