Chief Physician with or without specialist title - 80% to 100%

As a chief physician, with or without specialist title, you ensure the psychiatric follow-up of male and female patients/detainees within the service (closed or open setting).

You intervene in a demanding clinical framework, at the crossroads of care, justice, and security issues, in close link with experienced multidisciplinary teams.

Your approach is part of an individualized therapeutic approach aimed at stabilizing mental disorders, rehabilitating symptoms, and preventing relapse. You contribute to global care, respectful of the dignity of persons and the ethical principles specific to psychiatry in a context of constraint. In this capacity, you work in a coordinated manner with professionals possessing complementary skills, such as nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, and psychomotricity therapists.

Alongside your activity, you have the opportunity to finalize, if this is not yet the case, your integrated quality postgraduate training contributing to obtaining the specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy.

You hold a federal medical diploma or possess training deemed equivalent by the Commission des professions médicales of the Office fédéral de la santé publique (MEBEKO).

If you already benefit from your specialization title, you possess the cantonal right of practice or are able to obtain it before your commencement of duties.

For non-French speaking persons, a C1 level in French for spoken and written tests is required.

Experience in the field of persons deprived of liberty is an asset and you already have a certain experience in psychiatry.

As part of your engagement, a police check will be carried out for your assignment in a closed environment.
