Desired profile

• Engineering degree in mechanical, microtechnical, or considered equivalent * Good knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement; a Green Belt / Black Belt certification is an asset * Solid experience in a position of responsibility within an industrial environment with a strong technical component * Very good knowledge of mechanical processes, manufacturing means, and technologies used in precision environments * Good understanding of design, technical development, and industrialization activities * Proven experience in conducting technical projects and in the improvement of processes, equipment, or working methods * Ability to coordinate different technical fields and ensure their convergence around common priorities * Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to mobilize teams in a context of evolution and continuous improvement * Ease in exchanges, ability to work with various interlocutors, organizational skills, and a concrete approach to problems
