Technician GO/GC (m/f) ###

Your responsibilities ###

• Technical and organizational monitoring of construction sites
• Coordination of teams and subcontractors
• Planning of works and respect for deadlines
• Preparation and control of measurements and estimates
• Cost monitoring and budget management
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Participation in site meetings
• Interface with clients, architects and partners

Your profile

• ES technician training, works manager or equivalent
• Mandatory experience in a similar position
• Solid knowledge in gros oeuvre and génie civil
• Experience in villa projects, renovation or swimming pools (an asset)
• Good mastery of IT tools and technical software
• Sense of organization, autonomy and rigor
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Place of residence at max 30 min from Genève, at the time of application
