developing new customer relationships and ensuring the follow-up of existing ones
technical advice and follow-up for Ticino and French-speaking customers
active sales as well as the implementation of actions in close collaboration with the external sales service
market observation and corresponding reporting to the external service, as well as to the company manager
autonomous identification of parts and complete processing of orders in SAP
Your qualifications
As a spare parts professional, endowed with good communication skills, you have...
a technical or commercial training in the heavy goods vehicle branch.
Ideally, experience in the sale of automotive parts or commercial vehicles.
you have a team spirit and are oriented towards customer satisfaction
a reliable, autonomous working method oriented towards goals and solutions
mastery of the Italian language is indispensable
