Communication Officer - 100%

Within the Communication Department, you contribute to informing our audiences and promoting the commitments and actions of Assura. You occupy a transversal and multi-channel role, between defining communication plans, project management, and writing, in a demanding environment where your ability to synthesize and your sense of detail make the difference.

What you do on a daily basis

• You design and write content intended for Assura's print and digital channels, notably publications for social networks, internal communications, and information intended for customers. Your objective: to produce clear, attractive content adapted to the audiences they address. To do this, you adjust the tone, format, and level of information so that each message is relevant and accessible.
• Proactive, you submit ideas for themes. Curious and rigorous, you research, carefully verify, and structure information before translating it into content, with a constant concern for detail.
• Your organizational skills allow you to plan and coordinate the various stakeholders and production stages in order to ensure the distribution of materials within the deadlines, and you propose visuals adapted to the media and the messages to be transmitted and, if necessary, you accompany their production.
• In parallel, you manage communication projects from A to Z. In close collaboration with internal teams, you analyze needs, propose communication plans, and ensure their implementation with rigor and autonomy. You take part in managing relations with the press by following up on journalist inquiries, through the search for information, the development of messages, and their validation.

What you bring to the team

• A university education (communication, arts or social and political sciences) completed by a degree in institutional communication / PR. You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of institutional communication.
• French native speaker, you have excellent writing skills and reliable spelling. Ideally, you master German orally and in writing.
• Comfortable with digital tools, you master the main tools for creation, content management, and publication on social networks.
• You have an interest in Swiss public and political institutions and you appreciate dynamic and demanding environments.

Experience in the insurance or health sectors constitutes a strong asset.
