In order to complete our team, we are looking for a:

Real Estate Broker / Real Estate Broker (100%)

Your mission:

• Active prospecting and acquisition of new mandates
• Estimation and valuation of real estate properties
• Development and loyalty of a client portfolio
• Support and advice for sellers and acquirers
• Organization and conducting of visits
• Negotiation and conclusion of real estate transactions
• Participation in the commercial development and visibility of the agency

Your profile:

• Training in the real estate field or proven experience in sales and negotiation
• French mother tongue with excellent knowledge of a 2nd language
• Good knowledge of the Valais real estate market and established personal/professional network
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, conscientious, autonomous and endowed with an excellent commercial sense
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong taste for prospecting and negotiation
• Mastery of modern real estate brokerage tools
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable
• Clean criminal record
• Residing in central Valais
