As a Business Consultant, you play a key role in the commercial development of our business. Acting as a true interface between clients and ISS support teams, you analyze client needs in order to design tailor-made and innovative solutions. Your ability to understand the operational and financial challenges of clients allows you to transform complex needs into relevant and competitive service offers. ### What awaits you * Analyze and qualify client needs (Site visits, tender documents) and interviews with various stakeholders * Perform the calculation of operational and technical needs required for the implementation of services * Evaluate the human, technical, and financial resources required to meet client expectations * Design and structure integrated solutions addressing performance, user experience, sustainability, and cost control challenges * Collaborate with operational, technical, HR, and Procurement teams in order to guarantee the feasibility and relevance of the proposed solutions * Elaborate the construction of commercial offers, business cases, and responses to calls for tender * Present and defend solutions to clients and support clarification phases * Ensure monitoring of market trends and identify best practices to enrich proposals * Prospecting and searching for new clients * Use and management of internal commercial reporting tools (CRM) and communication tools (M365 and Teams) and offer design (Word, PPT and Copilot) ### What you bring * Higher education (Master's) ideally in Facility Management, building technology, Economics, or an equivalent field * Experience in consulting, Facility Management, business services, or a complex B2B environment * Proven experience within the Suisse Romand market * Strong orientation towards teamwork * Excellent analytical capacity and ability to translate a client need into an operational solution * Mastery of sizing calculations, resource evaluation, and business case development * Ease in managing cross-functional projects and interacting with high-level client interlocutors, writing and interpersonal skills in French and English * Structured mindset, result-oriented, and a developed sense of customer service * Ability to combine a strategic approach with operational pragmatism * Talent for identifying sometimes unexpressed client needs * Ability to build innovative solutions while guaranteeing their economic and operational feasibility * Attention to detail while maintaining a global vision of the client's challenges ### Ready for us?
