Property Manager 100%

For one of our clients, a real estate agency in Genève, we are looking for a property manager at 100%.

Tasks:
Active and complete management of a portfolio of buildings

Carrying out move-in and move-out inspections

Supervision of assistants, setting objectives and monitoring their achievement

Management and monitoring of relations with tenants

Maintenance of buildings, periodic inspections and preparation of reports

Drafting and modification of leases, as well as adaptation of rents

Advising owners regarding the setting of rents

Checking invoices, management statements and service charge statements

Profile sought:
CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training

Federal diploma of property manager obtained or in progress, or continuing education in real estate

3 to 5 years of experience in real estate management in Switzerland

Good knowledge of accounting and tenancy law

Excellent writing skills

Affinity with digital tools, ability to participate actively in changes

Strong customer orientation, ability to maintain relations based on a partnership of trust

Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills
