CVSER Site Manager (M/F)
We are looking for our "CVSER Works Management" department in Lausanne or/and Fribourg, and particularly for a project in Bulle:
Your profile:
Engineering training in the building sector or Building Techniques training, if possible supplemented by higher education (HES/ES Engineer, federal certificate/diploma or training deemed equivalent).
At least 2/3 years of experience in site management, ideally CVSER or at a minimum in one of these techniques, if possible in a general/total contracting company or in works management.
Interest in complex and/or large-scale CVSER projects (Industrial, hospital, etc.)
Mastery of IT tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project)
Sense of communication, spirit of collaboration and mutual aid.
Adaptability, flexible, autonomous.
Motivation and willingness to invest in the profession.
Holder of a driving license and mobile (presence on site).
BIM knowledge is an asset.
Your function:
Guarantor of quality, costs and deadlines.
Plan, coordinate and monitor the work of CVSER companies.
Contractual and financial monitoring of CVSER companies.
Responsible for compliance with safety rules on the construction site.
Organization of technical receptions and commissioning, and the clearing of reservations.
