Your main missions will be as follows: Guarantee the smooth technical operation of the installations autonomously Follow production in the control room on the WinCC program Be responsible for ensuring compliance with production objectives, quality standards, and hygiene Perform various quality analyses Supervise the work of the production teams (3 to 5 people) Collaborate on the implementation and monitoring of procedures Ensure compliance with and be responsible for safety prescriptions at all times Collaborate on various research & development projects Participate in the maintenance of the installations Your profile: Technical training (in mechanics, automation, electricity, etc.), ideally supplemented by continuing education or in-depth knowledge Solid experience in industrial production, food production, process management, or in your field of activity Good IT knowledge Great willingness to learn, ability to integrate new tasks Ability to react and make decisions Team spirit and good communication Rigor, keen sense of organization and responsibility. Willingness to work in shift schedules, 5X8 hours (continuous work including night and weekend) The Team Leader must be able to guarantee the entirety of our complex production process autonomously, as well as be responsible for the team personnel, in collaboration with the production manager and the support of the technical team.
